Located in Barcelona’s Sant Gervasi neighborhood, this workspace belongs to a real estate company specializing in high-end residences. It adopts a domestic sensibility that recreates the warm and comforting atmosphere of a home.

The project seeks to blur the boundaries between work and home through a design that embodies both contemporary and archetypal values of domesticity. Beyond serving as an office, it creates a homelike experience through a set of spatial conditions that address the complex nature of corporate identity, privacy, and domestic comfort. The result is a space that makes both clients and staff feel at home.

Oak-paneled walls, carefully selected pieces of iconic local design, bespoke furniture crafted specifically for the space, and a kitchen bathed in natural light that opens onto a garden conceived as an extension of the interior.

This 250-square-meter space includes two private offices, two meeting rooms, and an open-plan area with a workspace and a lounge for informal gatherings.
